You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately. Once your cancellation request is verified and processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that cancellation requests cannot be processed after your order has entered the shipping phase.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in their original condition may be subject to a restocking fee or may not qualify for a return.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. You are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.
Refunds will exclude shipping charges unless the return is a result of our error. Sale items may only be eligible for store credit at our discretion. Gift purchases will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase.
If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as some institutions require additional processing time. If you've confirmed with your financial institution and still haven't received your refund, please contact us immediately with your order details and proof of return shipment.
We will investigate all delayed refund cases and provide you with regular updates until the matter is resolved. In cases where a refund cannot be processed to the original payment method, we may issue store credit or arrange an alternative refund method.
